Rutgers University Olson Hall Lab

This renovation converts 2,000 square feet of basement space into an instructional chemistry lab and combines three first-floor spaces into a 4,000-square-foot teaching lab. Work included installing high-performance fume hoods and other equipment; upgrading or replacing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems; and installing a fire suppression sprinkler system.
